Connection. Community. Skill Development.

Center for Indigenous Midwifery, or CFIM, holds many trainings throughout the year.

Our current offerings are Midwifery Assistant Training with priority given to Black, Indigenous, People of Color and Queer and Transgendered folx and Midwifery Skills workshops intended to support Indigenous birthkeepers on their journey.

We've also breathed life into an Indigenous Childbirth Educator training program that has been FIVE years in the making!

(Our first ICE cohort is full, but sign up for our mailing list to be notified when the application period opens again).

Our trainings range from a day long, to a year long, and though our missions are many, they are always firmly rooted in honoring ancestral wisdom and reclaiming culturally-rooted midwifery care.

We are honored that you walk this path with us.
